How to Apply for the 2024-2025 School Year
We are no longer accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year. Applications for the 2025-2026 school year will begin on September 1, 2024.

How to Apply for Summer Programs 2024
Summer Programs 2024 Open Enrollment for children new to MCS will begin on March 18, 2024.
CURRENT AVAILABILITY
Two-Year-Old Program - Session II (7/8 - 8/2/24) - FULL
Preschool & Kindergarten Program - Sessions I & II - FULL
To begin, please review the 2024 MCS Summer Programs Policies and Procedures. When you are ready, review these steps to complete the Online Application. Follow the instructions in the Online Application to complete sections listed in the left menu, beginning with the Applicant Information form.
Feedback will be provided throughout the process to help you complete the application. A yellow caution sign will appear in the menu next to forms that are missing required information. If a form contains all required information, a green check mark will appear next to the form's menu item.
You can review the entire application at any time by selecting the Application Review item on the left menu. From here, you will also be able to print a PDF of the application in its current state.
After you have completed the application, a Complete Review and Submit Application button will appear. Please follow the instructions that will be provided to submit the application.
Application Checklist
Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received, as space is available. Once approved by the Admissions Office, families will receive a tuition invoice.
Registration will only be confirmed once the full tuition is received by the Business Office.
Upon Acceptance
Families who have been accepted to the Summer Program will receive an email confirmation.
Accepted students must provide necessary enrollment documents (FACTS Webforms, health records, birth certificates, custody paperwork, etc.) to the Office by May 10, 2024.
